Wiper and True are proud to present Dreams, brewed in collaboration with Burum Collective to celebrate their fifth year of supporting workers in the hospitality and drinks industries. Exceptional refreshment, balancing a soft, flavour-packed beer with a rewarding bitter finish. Generous additions of Citra and Motueka hops bring bright Lime and citrus character, while additions of coriander seed add zesty accents. A sprinkle of UK-grown Goldings hops introduce hints of subtle spiciness, emphasised by a careful blend of house yeast and Belgian-style yeast. The finished beer is complex and fruity, reminiscent of a witbier.
