Bylo zcela jasné, že jedno ze svátečních piv bude uvařené v tomto stylu. Osvědčený Mosaic jsme doplnili trochou Columbusu pro dotek pryskyřičnosti a rozumným množstvím Riwaky, která pivu propůjčuje signifikantní tóny tropického ovoce a citrusů. Čirý, hořký, aromatický, vánoční, usmažený, do bláta i do závějí.
A crisp, bold, and aromatic lager is something that’s winning hearts—not just ours, but of craft beer lovers around the world. It was only natural that one of our holiday beers would embrace this style. We paired the trusty Mosaic with a touch of Columbus for a hint of resin, and added a reasonable dose of Riwaka, bringing distinct notes of tropical fruit and citrus. Clear, bitter, fragrant, festive, fried—ready for muddy roads and snowy drifts alike.

My Xmas rating No 47 2025/26.Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of grass and citrus mild bitterness and light mouth feels hint of lemon and hops bit light body.

Hazy pale golden color with medium white head.
Aroma: pine, earthiness, mango, grapefruit.
Taste: grapefruit, lemon peel, resin, mango, earthiness.
Light bodied, moderate carbonation, moderate to high bitterness.
Easily drinkable, clean, tasty, generously hopped.

500ml Can - Golden yellow with a white head. Grapefruit, pine, blueberries and hop resins in the aroma. Hoppy and resinous taste with notes of grapefruit, blueberries, lemon and pine.

0,5l can from Yeme in Bratislava. Head is big, white, good retentions. Colour is pale gold, almost clear. Aroma is citrus, tropical fruits, bready touch. Taste is medium malty base, citrus, bready, tropical fruits, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, soft carbonation, very good, enjoyed for sure.

Can. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma mainly hoppy with grapefruit, zest, leongrass, dank. Taste is hop centered with dank, grapefruit, grassy, zest. Medium malty body. Good one.

On tap at Sibeeria, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pungent, with huge dank tropical hops, some hop tang from the Riwaka, and a crisp crackery malt base. Flavour is likewise dank, with plenty of bittering hops, hop tang, and dank melon. Dank, crisp, and bitter. Really well-made.

Thin body, med-high carbo. Low grainy malt, hops-forward. Low sweet, quite dry, med-high bitter. Med-high lemony, grassy, a bit of fresh cut grass, dank. Easy drinking, tasty. Quite good.

0.75l with BJCP people. Pale hazy golden body, off-white head. White grape and some herbal notes. Smooth grape taste, bit oxidized, ending lightly astringent and dry. Sub par for Sibeeria.
