Keg at the Deers Head, Belfast, 15/11/2025.
Pale yellow with a haze to it and topped with a white cap.
Nose is pineapple, coconut, lime, guava, balsa wood.
Taste comprises damp cloth, shades of pina colada, lime zest, coconut shavings.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge.
Fun sour.
