We’ve teamed up again with our OC friends, Everywhere Beer, to bring you Return to the Mirage murky double IPA: A remix of our 2024 collab, We Are the Mirage! Brewed with Southern Cross and Nelson Hop Kief from New Zealand’s Freestyle Hops and Mosaic from Jackson Farms in Idaho, Return to the Mirage delivers flavors of pineapple, lemon, diesel, and apricot. In the haze where bright fruit and dankness entwine, the mirage reveals itself once more.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy grapefruit gold with a large foamy white head that persisted. Aroma is very tropical - yet earth/garlic/onion stands out. Med body. Juicy and mildly sweet. Enough bitter to barely balance the malt. Flavor is onion, pineapple, and pale fruit. Maybe some green melon. Seems to get dryer with time. Flavor is not super strong, but it is quite firm. Also delicious.

Tap at Out of the Bartel in San Carlos. Beautiful light gold/orange with full white head that is craggy and sustains throughout. Tangerine in abundance.
