We got together with our buds at 9 Mile Brewing Company to design a beer that hits every mark on our perfect-beer checklist. This West Coast Pilsner is sessionable, crisp, hoppy, tropical, bright, bitter, and a lager! Brewed with Galaxy, Citra and Citra Cryo hops, Noble Monsters has bright flavors of peach, passion fruit, mango and a hint of herbal to keep it in pilsner territory.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grass and hay combination with a nice light grain backing. Flavor has straw and hay throughout with a bite of grass coming through.
