Snack Sabbath. Entombed for 17 months in the infinite blackness of rum soaked oak, drawing the essence of char, vanilla and molasses-covered coconut. Baptized in deadly amounts of toasted coconut, granola, chocolate and vanilla bean. Rich tropical rum warmth meets candy-bar decadence, with layers of coconut macaroon, chocolate fudge, and breakfast crumbs swirling through every sip. Dark, indulgent, and unapologetically over the top.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of chocolate and sweet dark grains with coconut, vanilla and a hint of rum underlying. Flavor has roast, chocolate and coconut with a bit of rum and vanilla backing.
