A stone-boiled double west coast-style double india pale ale hopped with amarillo cryo, simcoe cryo, chinook, riwaka and citra hyperboost
Brewed with water from our wells along with 86% local ingredients
Created in collaboration with our broz at Burial Beer of Asheville, North Carolina. Mashed with a base backbone featuring local barley along with a proper dose of local wheat. Boiled in our open top foeder with blazing hot granite rocks. Hopped intensely with amarillo cryo, simcoe cryo, chinook, riwaka and citra hyperboost.
How is it that we’ve never boiled an IPA with rocks? How is it that we’ve never brewed a beer with Burial at our farm? Well with this beer, we changed both of those things. The result is a liquid steeped in history and saturated with hops.

4 oz pour on draft. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aroma and taste has citrus, floral, pine. Medium body. Solid DIPA.
