Unique Saison beer brewed with a blend of amazake and traditional barley wort. Amazake is made from koji-inoculated rice. Notes of orange peel, white pepper, and earthy cheese rind. Slightly tart with pleasant citric acid. Refreshing, complex and very special.

16 oz pour on draft. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aroma and taste has herbs, spice, coriander, light funk, orange citrus. Medium body. Decent saison.
