Premier brassin 100 % Rachel, une de nos brasseuses ! De l’idée jusqu’à la dernière goutte, c’est sa toute première création maison, et autant vous dire qu’elle n’a pas fait les choses à moitié.

Tap at Haka, Helsinki. Colour is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Frits, hops and malts.

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and whiff of coconut in the nose. Citrusy, candy, light herbal and grassy with noticable hopburn in the finish.

Poured hazy and light yellow in color.
Pineapple juicy hops, sweet fruity, got some orange notes in there as well. Smoith ride. OK, pretty tasty.

On tap at Haka, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tangy hops, some allium, and stone fruits. Flavour is full of intense hopburn, allium, melon, and some stone fruits. Juicy, but too much hopburn. Not my thing.
