To celebrate our birthday this year we’ve brewed 4 beers that celebrate each of our 4 brewhouses. Our 6th year saw us double our number of brewhouses by adding breweries in Richmond, Victoria and Hobart, Tasmania to our original site in Katoomba, NSW and our production brewery in Emu Plains, NSW.
Parke St is a 6% Oat Cream IPA brewed in Katoomba using Cryo Idaho 7, Cryo Citra and Dolcitta (formally HBC 1019) hops. This unique hop line up creates a flavour profile of orange sherbet, mangos and corner store lime milkshakes which is balanced by the thick, pillowy body that continues to amaze since we first brewed Hill People during lockdown in early 2020.
