Rich, complex and balanced. A super smooth and thick body, caramel and dried fruit notes with lovely complexity from the Thy Whisky barrel.
Brewer's Notes: this is a sneak peak for BarleyWheatWember 2025 of our newest collab with Pleasanti Street and Øllebrødre. A blend of 4 different barleywines aged 7 months in a specially selected Thy Whisky 5-year heritage barrel. Made with the old Danish barley variety, "Imperial".

Draught @ Brewpub. Pretty bad. Pours unclear amber with a small fading White head on top. Tobacco and a sophisticated oxidated note. Dark fruit, caramel and wood. Warmth. Huge sipper. Tasty stuff. 4.3
