A crisp and hoppy unfiltered pilsner made with 100% Hallertau Mittefrüh hops for lovely fresh herbal notes.
Brewer's Notes: for V2 we dropped the Hallertau Blanc and upped the hops a little for a slightly more intense tasting but still super crushable pilsner.

Draught @ Bicycle Brewing, CPH. Pours cloudy Golden orange with a small head. Doughy, fresh malty. Bready with a lovely hallertau approach. Super crisp and clean. Tasty and fresh. Yes! Reminds me of Hops and Barley Lagers from Berlin. 4.1
