(On tap @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Feb 16 2016) Pours a cloudy pale gold with a decent sized white head that lingers. Aroma hoppy with dank weed tones of mango, passion fruit, pineapple, citrus blend, wet pine, diesel. Taste delivers very similar notes to the nose, nice and dank with a fairly light malt core with a bit of sweetness to support the fruit. Quite juicy, fading into a moderate level of pine needle, hop leaf and citrus zest bitterness. Medium bodied, average carb. Very nice high-hop APA showcasing the best of Simcoe’s pungency. Still very high drinkability.
