This pale ale brewed from 4 cereals (barley, oats, wheat and rye) has been matured with gewürztraminer grape marc received from our neighbors and friends at Dalaheim Castellum. These artisan winemakers produce natural wines and grow grapes ecologically in Dalhem (Liège).

The round, spicy notes typical of this Walloon season blend with the fruity and tannic aromas of gewürztraminer, a subtle union of the brewing and winemaking worlds.
