A grist composed of 2row, munich, amber malt, oats, and a blend of roast malts are the backbone of this breakfast pastry stout. Version 1.1 is conditioned on a misguided amount of maple syrup and blueberry puree. The outcome is like drinking liquefied blueberry pancakes slathered in maple syrup.

Black with an enormous foamy brown head that lingered. Cola, chocolate, blueberry, maple and vanilla. Long finish. Full bodied.
