Animal Style is our first foray into the world of Australian style XPA. Brewed with Pilsner malt to create a super lean malt profile and hopped with Mosaic and Australian grown Galaxy hops, expect Animal Style to be dry with notes of berry, passion fruit, and subtle cotton candy with a light but noticeable bitterness.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2025. Pours a clear pale ale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus, light sweet onion and a bit of melon underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and dry grass with some onion and melon backing.
