Agent Hilary is an old school style West Coast IPA brewed with a generous amount of Rye Malt. It has flavours and aromas of candied citrus and resinous pine with a subtle spiciness from the Rye.
Malt: Pilsner, Rye, Munich, Crystal 60
Hops: Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe
Yeast: AEB FermoAle AY-4

On tap at Banana Jam Café. Pours clear light gold with a white head. Gentle rye malts on the nose. Flavour has light spicy rye and dry grassy hops. Pleasant enough, nice clean malt bill.
