LACURA is our annual Fresh Hop IPA, brewed with freshly harvested Chinook from Biolupulus, Llagostera during our visit to the fields with friends from LACURA Retreats. This year, 80 kg of fresh cones went straight into the whirlpool, followed by a dry hop with Chinook, Citra, and Vic Secret.

The result is a bright, aromatic IPA with citrus, herbal, and pineapple notes that enhance the freshness of the cones. Each year brings subtle changes, and this edition stands out for its intensity and tropical profile — a unique experience for brewers and beer lovers alike.
