"Bánh Mỳ Beer is brewed in collaboration with Hong Kong’s Breer, turning leftover Vietnamese bread into something truly refreshing. Golden and clear with a light body, this beer features a gentle grain aroma and a subtle touch of five-spice—just enough to intrigue. Clean, smooth, and perfectly balanced.

Part of our Zero Waste Mission, this brew proves that sustainability and quality can go hand in hand. Turning waste into great taste—one pint at a time."

Draft at the Le Thanh Ton taproom, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is unsurprisingly bready malt. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a somewhat light, smooth, herbal, yeasty, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. They might be saving the planet but at the end of the day it’s a poor lager.
