Get ready for something truly special! After many months of aging, our bold Young Buffalo Imperial Stout has transformed into Trâu Vua, The Buffalo King. This isn’t just any beer—it’s a rich, barrel-aged masterpiece that has been patiently waiting to make its grand entrance.
Trâu Vua pours deep and dark, with intense aromas of vanilla, coffee, and chocolate. The rich, full flavors of dark malts and sweet vanilla are elevated by the bourbon barrel aging, resulting in a smooth, full-flavored stout. This beer finishes with a bittersweet warmth, capturing the essence of a brash young buffalo tamed by time. Experience the journey from wild beginnings to a refined finish with every sip.

Draft at the 7 Bridges Dong Du taproom, HCMC. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived, frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty, boozy alcohol. The is flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich roasty, red berry fruit, dry oaky, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.
