Inspired by the beloved Vietnamese street snack, Xoài Xanh Muối Ớt captures the perfect balance of sour, salty, sweet, and spicy. Brewed with fresh green mango, sea salt, and a touch of chilli, this golden ale delivers a bright tropical aroma with a light mango tartness, gentle saltiness, and a mild chilli warmth that lingers into a smooth, sweet finish. Refreshing, playful, and unmistakably Vietnamese.

Draft at the Dong Du taproom, HCMC. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is big mango. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a juicy mango, big burning chilli spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The chilli really dominates and who knows if that was the intention. I thought these burner beers were out of fashion. It seems not.
