Back by popular demand, our ever-popular Rye and Ginger Ale. Each batch begins with peeling and zesting 5 kilograms of fresh ginger, a labour of love that gives this special brew its unmistakable character.

Unapologetically unfiltered, it pours a rich medium copper hue, slightly hazy, and with an off-white head that invites the first sip.

From the glass, bright aromas of freshly zested ginger leap forward, mingling with subtle citrus notes, earthy rye graininess, and a whisper of cinnamon.

The first taste delivers that same lively ginger kick, layered over a rye “spice” malt base that adds warmth and depth. A gentle citrus twist lifts the finish, keeping things crisp and refreshing.

Light to medium bodied, effervescent, and finishing moderately dry, this beer strikes a balance between bold flavour and easy drinkability.
