Sample at the brewpub. Dark brown pour with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily to a dense film. Sticky strings and patches of lace. Aroma of malt, chocolate and cherry. Medium body with flavors of chocolate, semi tart cherry, roast mald and brine. The finish is roasty with a chocolate malt and cherry aftertaste. Decent overall.
