TIPA

This TIPA can certainly be added to the group chat. For the first time, we’ve brewed with BSI A-72 American Ale yeast, a strain that brings a soft, clean and slightly nutty profile. Creating the perfect foundation for a hop saturatiing TIPA. We’ve gone all-in with Citra Cryo, Motueka, Peacharine, Citra and Mosaic, creating a glowing yellowy orange haze crowned with thick, lasting foam. From the first sniff, it’s bursting with sweet peach and tropical aromas, backed by bright citrus zest. On the palate, waves of overripe peach, juicy mango, fresh lime and a touch of grapefruit roll through a lush, pillowy body. The finish is smooth and mouth-coating, with the ever so slightest bitterness to keep the joose in check.

Hops: Citra Cryo, Motueka, Peacharine, Citra, Mosaic

From a 440ml can on 18/11/2025. Pours a hazy dirty, deep golden with a biggish head. Has a nice tropical and stone fruit nose. Taste wise, it's got a good dose of orange, mango, peach and apricot. Finishes with a tangy, slightly spicy, moderate bitterness. Has a silky mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very pleasant if missing the wow factor that these guys often produce when it comes to a triple hazy.
