Built upon a foundation of German pils and vienna malts, we used 80 lbs of locally grown Lieber hops from Frog Valley Farms to build this bright, fresh hopped Pilsner. Crackery grain and floral aromas greet you on the nose, while the flavor delivers notes of sweet grain, light citrus, and a floral herbality that leads to a clean, soft bitterness.
