Group projects aren't so bad when you work with your friends! We teamed up with our former brewer, John, to bring you this style popularized by monks trying to take the edge off their fast. Like a Belgian take on a German Pils, this beer starts off with a light, crackery malt character that evolves into notes of pear. German Saaz takes the stage next, bringing a floral herbality and lingering bitterness that increases the perception of dryness and the overall drinkability of the beer.
