One of our favorite seasonals to brew, this black IPA celebrates nuance in a way that few can. Combining 120 lbs of fresh Ohio Centennial from Frog Valley Farms, 22 lbs of Michigan Centennial and Vista from TopHops in Michigan, and a hefty black malt addition from Briess Maltings, we've gone on a ride with this beer. Starting with notes of orange peel and fresh mown hay, we transition to flavors of tropical fruit that play against an enduring coffee character that keeps it fresh from start to finish.
