500mL bottle, courtesy of pictoman (thanks, Ryan), pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Nose some vegetal notes, herbal hops, a little pine, some sweatiness. Flavour definitely has ample bitterness, but unfortunately the hop expression is just not pleasant: lots of sweaty notes, tons of vegetal notes, bitter pinecones, and a thin biscuity malt base. Very sweaty and vegetal. The problem with this isn’t that it’s too old school or bitter, but that the hop expression just isn’t right—some downright unpleasant vegetal character that ruins this.

Poured from 500mL bottle (no date, but brewer said it's from approximately Aug 2025). Clear blonde gold with small white head. Soapy floral resiny hops, pretty harsh, high IBU which I like, but doesn't have the base to support it.
