Part of our rice beer series, Cốm Xanh Hà Nội celebrates the flavours of northern Vietnam with a uniquely crafted wheat beer. Brewed with cốm xanh—young green rice harvested while still tender. We’ve paired it with pandan leaves to create a naturally green weissbier with a fragrant, lightly sweet aroma and a smooth, refreshing finish.

Draft at the 7 Bridges Dong Du taproom, HCMC. Poured a hazy light green colour with little life. The aroma is creamy rice. The flavour is herbal, with a smooth, watery, creamy rice, light coconut, light herbal palate. Medium to light bodied with little carbonation. Tastes and looks like boiled rice with food colouring. I won’t be ordering this again.
