'Akela' is a single hop brew which showcases the recently developed Syrian Wolf hop from Slovenia. Akela is a 4.3% gluten free golden ale named after the wolf leader from Kipling’s The Jungle book. We expect plenty of fruity and floral hop flavours and aromas alongside being an easy drinking summer session beer.

Cask at Darlington Snooker Club 50th Beer Festival. Gluten Free. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of grain, earth. Taste is sweet,malty, grain, sourish fruit, floral, elderflower with tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bitter finish. Quite drinkable
