Oaky and vinous fruity, mildly funky yeasty aroma, lots of oak, some marmite, a touch of blue grapes, morello, red wine, tannin. Taste is woody, mildly tart, vinous fruity, funky yeasty and mellow malty, notes of oak, tannin, blue grapes, red wine, a touch of morello, marmite, black pepper, red currant.
Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth, soft and silky, minimally greasy palate, finem, dense, soft, creamy, mildly brickly carbonation.
Excellent mouthfeel, overall a tad rough, edgy - not bad.
