A Belgian-style abbey ale crafted like those that Trappist monks brew for their own session beer. It is light bodied, light in color and relatively lower in alcohol with spicy phenolics and complex fruity esters of cherries, nectarines, peaches and bubblegum with a characteristic slightly tart and dry finish from the Belgian yeast.

Draft. From notes. Slightly bitter with citrus and slightly yeasty. Relatively easy drinking. Pretty darn good.

Tap at Dexters. Filtered looking yellow-tan body. Steady, creamy white head. Creamy and mellow, pretty true to style. Refreshing, light, refined citrus tones. Really perfect, delicate mouthfeel, a touch of zesty champagne yeast. Not unlike a Belgian Pale, but a doughier mouthfeel. Excellent, well exceeding my expectations.

Draft. Sweet banana, musty Belgian yeast aroma. Hazy gold with a small white head. Just like the nose, sweet banana and musty yeasty flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.
