Can to snifter.
Appearance: murky orange to auburn color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: bright red raspberries - tart and sweet flow over some light lemon tones and a mild yeasty scent arises to blend
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together tart and sweet with an ample sour tone coming about; slight aftertaste of red raspberries and yeast
Texture: medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; some tartness hits the tongue as I expected it to do but nothing distracting; finishes fairly tart and semi-crisp
Overall: a raspberry sour ale that would be nice again on a hot Summer's day.
