Hazy West Coast IPA? What’s that!?! Well, it’s something our pals Tim & Connor at @cellarmakerbrewing came up with. As Connor Casey writes in the recent IPA issue from @craftbeerbrew , “this is a style that brings out the best of the two leading styles of IPA”. He’s referring to west coast ipa & hazy ipa, and this beer sits in the middle of the two. With a leaner body and less haze than our Hazy IPAs, with a bit more clean, soft bitterness too, we dry hop these a bit higher than our West Coast IPAs. Show Less
