Zest clementine, mango, little spice from the candy hearts added. Very flavorful. Wonderful from the 🦜. ❤ Must say, a tad disappointing that Tom Q. didn't fill out the Valentine card on the can. 😥

Keg at the northern monk refractory. Ailky yellow straw coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is light grains, wheat, plastic wheat, grassy hop, pineapple. Flavour is milky wheat, grassy pine hop, mellow dank, tangerine, waxy citrus. Good. Palate is spicy, moderate, pithy finish. Good.

Keg at Northern Monk Refectory, Manchester, 21/02/20. Murky fruit smoothie yellow with a white cap that thins to spotting. Nose is ripe citric flesh, weed, pine needle, grass, melon. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, grassy bite, light dextrose, cantaloupe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking and approachable DIPA.
