This aged and inoculated version of our tripel has strong notes of oak and earthy tones from the 6 months aged in mescal barrels which are complemented by subtle notes of pineapple and pear from our yeast.

4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of Brett, wine, light funk and oak, subtle mezcal. Tastes of citrus, stone fruit, light oak, funk, wine, stone fruit, subtle mezcal. Medium body with a very dry finish. Okay in a small pour.

Draft at Meridian Pint. Slightly hazy pale yellow color, bright white head, solid lacing. Fruity aroma. Taste is vinous, sweet and sour fruit. Not bad.
