Yippie-kai-yay, Mister Falcon! Everyone’s favorite hazy IPA collab with Barrel Theory. It’s absolutely slammed with Strata, Simcoe Cryo, and Citra hops—along with an extra large dose of malted oats. We ferment it on the cool side with our favorite expressive German ale yeast to add a fruity little twist.

Really cool label on this can and it has a very nice cloudy pale pour with a quintessential interesting head. Nose is fresh cut pine or spruce, like yer walking in the evergreen forest. First taste is so terrible and rude, its such a bitchen bastard. Sticks to the inside and readily coats your mouth with a nasty backlash. Such a meatgrinder with old rubber innertube, deisel and turpentine. Whew baby. What a dastardly bastard. Oh well, what else can be said? Its terribly on style and if you like IPA, you need to try this bitter ass bombardier.

Can (10/30/25) from Total Wine & More, W. Hollywood. Opaque yellow, light sparkle, thin head with fair retention and nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, mango, mild pineapple. Taste is strong stone, orchard and tropical fruit. Smooth texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation and finish as taste. While a bit outside of peak freshness, quite wonderful! Glad to have the opportunity to tick the brewer!

Aromas are mainly a slightly pungent blend of citrus, resin and malt with a little maybe guava in the back. Flavors are similar to nose, add in some stone fruit and on the sweet side up front with a bitter finish. Good body and carbonation. Nice beer.

Pint can from Vintage Estate, 8/8/22. Hazy pale orange, large white head, good retention. Aroma of melon, dank, citrus. Taste is lime, dandelion, mango, passionfruit, lemongrass. Slick, mild bitterness. Interesting, complex. Nice.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, pale golden straw with a small foamy head. Light, dry grainy aroma. Taste is light citrusy notes, sweet, citrus peel, lemon, orange, grapefruit. Smooth, soft, bitterness lingers.

Can from Tavour. Sweet malt aroma with moderate citrus. Hazy honeycomb with big white head that leaves massive loving down the glass. Flavor is citrusy with rounded mouthfeel from the support of the malt.

On tap at the brewery. Pours an opaque yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet citrus and some dank onion with a hint of sweet tropical fruits and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has citrus rind, dank onion and citrus with a sweet grain note underlying.
