A Hazy IPA heavily dry-hopped with Idaho 7 and Simcoe. Idaho 7 produces a unique pineapple and juicy-fruit flavor. Our Simcoe helps round it out with orange and dank flavors. Oats were added to the mash for an increased mouthfeel.

Well, after a week in the gulag with Roo, my four legged companion was able to liberate me from those inhumane conditions! The Ghost dragged me out of that cell and was kind enough to bring me a beer! We now turn our attention to springing Roo!
