4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Amber brown with beige head. Aromas of spice, caramel, brown sugar. Tastes of caramel, light spice, malt. Medium body with a dry finish.

Draft: Brown sugar, ginger, soil aroma. Clear brown, medium tan head, good lacing. Clove, brown sugar, ginger. Medium body, easy carbonation.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a brown color with a small white head. Aroma was light ginger. Touch of sweetness, needs a little more body to this one Disappointing. Light ginger. Sweetness. Lacking crisp ginger character.

Draft at the source. Close to opaque brown color, bubbly tan head. Aroma of subtle spice on watery brownies. Taste is just brownies.
