A hearty American double IPA, red in color from a significant rye contribution. Spicy rye notes complement the dose of Simcoe and Centenial hops.

Draft at the First LoCo Brew Festival. Poured a hazy orange copper color with a small creamy white head. Light mild rye character, sweet malt, touch of hops. Light spicy notes from the rye. Okay.

Keg at the brewery. Hazy copper orange, large creamy tan head. Aroma of citrus, tropical hops, caramel malts, Flintstones vitamins, mild phenols. The taste is rye, citrus, tropical fruits, caramel. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, chalky texture.
