For this beer we primarily used Eraclea Pilsner Malt. This malt is produced from premium Eraclea barley grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice and has a unique earthy quality to it. Then we paired Perle, Select Spalt and Saphir hops to bring it all together. Hints of malty-sweetness, honey, cracker and spice.

Draught at source: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is apricot and floral notes. Not what I expected aroma-wise. Taste is slight sweetness, fruity.
