Lining up perfectly with the sudden warm weather, Apricity comes through like a ray of summer sunshine. This one was brewed with a healthy amount of red wheat and both malted and flaked oats, mounds of Citra Cryo in whirlpool, and then a hot combo of Krush, Motueka, and @hoprevolution Revolution Blend in the dry hop. Warm, bright citrus zest, creamy tropical fruit, and hints of fresh berries bring it all into focus.

Draft at the brewery, 1/22/26. Hazy yellow, white head. Strong lace. Juicy, peach, pineapple, papaya. A little sweet.
