Named Barn Yard Cadet because that is what the SDSU jacks were called before they changed their names to the jacks. Get a whiff of this beer because it will make you think about campfires and s’mores! Nice and roasty on the nose with a nice malt forward finish. The body is a little bit thicker and you can taste notes of chocolate, smoke, and a porters typical roastiness. This beer pairs swimmingly with roast beef and if you are throwing a BBQ do not forget to grab a growler of this! It will add complexity to the meal that you will not forget!

Draft. Very dark brown color, almost black, beige head. Aroma of burnt toast, distant campfire. Taste has burnt espresso, chocolate. Nice balance.
