Our 2023 wet hop beer, Infinite Falls, was designed to preserve the ephemeral quality of fresh hops as time passes. This extraordinary barrel-aged saison aged for four months in oak barrels before being enriched with 100 pounds of Oregon-grown Cascade wet hops, which were infused into the beer the day prior to bottling. After refermenting in bottles for an additional two months, this highly-effervescent beauty is ready to be enjoyed. Its base of California-grown Admiral Pilsner malt and unmalted wheat from Durst Family Farm further set the stage for a remarkable sensory experience. The aroma is a captivating blend of honeydew, white wine, and floral notes, followed by a flavor profile rich in tastes of pomelo, white peach, and oak. This saison is an exquisite journey into the infinite, offering a cascade of flavors that will leave an indelible mark on your palate.
