Fresh hop, all-Simcoe West Coast IPA
A true beer of the season, Bloom: Simcoe is bright and firmly bitter, bringing the fresh hop greenness and pairing it with Simcoe's trademark passionfruit, pineapple, fresh squeezed grapefruit, and some underlying blackberry and pine, all with a mouth-coating, sticky, resinous vibe. To say we're excited about this beer is an understatement.
