Sculptura is a new series of beers where the brewers will experiment with different ingredients and brewing techniques. Each iteration can be a different style of beer or a variation on a classic Caius Farm beer. The first in the series utilizes new advanced hop products which we have not used before, and it features popular southern hemisphere hops. It is a tropical fruit cup in a glass!

Can from trade with Steve. Opaque, thick, milky dark yellow-light brown with tons of sparkle, thin head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is tropical fruits with strong cooking herb. Taste is mild fruit and herb but strong yeast, hint of malts. Smooth, frothy, texture, medium bodied, average carbonation, mostly yeasty, dry finish as taste. Seems like some kind of Nelson offshoot. Not compelling.
