Sample during the "Uber-Kurt (10,000) Celebration" on 12/13/2014 . The beer pours inky black with a medium thick foamy khaki head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, bourbon and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, chocolate malt , vanilla and coffee. The finish is oaky vanilla and chocolate liqueur. Excellent beer all around.
