We brewed Ghent Out! Belgian-style IPA on the bones of a modern West Coast IPA, but swapped in a Belgian ale yeast for a punch of character.
The result? It’s bright and aromatic, with tasting notes of fruit cup, blueberry, and that classic dank resin finish that hop heads chase.

Poor gold with a white head. Aroma is fruity with possibly blueberry. Multi but not all that sweet moderately bitter. Flavor has fruits and berries some Belgian yeast spice and a nice amount of bitterness.
