Golden copper pour with a lasting off white head.
Nose is fruit esters, yeast, straw, barnyard nip, hedgerow.
Taste comprises stewed fruits, raisins, hint of toffee, herb, yeast esters, farmyard tones, straw, modest funk.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid saison.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A mostly clear deep orange amber coloured pour with a lasting sticky rocky off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, fresh grains, toast, leafy, Saison farmhouse yeast, wheat, autumnal leaves, leafyy hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, toasted nuts, some brown bread, leafy hop, firm leafy hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Nice.
