This DDH IPA is not just a west coast or a NEIPA but a hybrid of both styles, combining our love of west coast hop forward flavours and NEIPA’s thick, smooth texture.
Fittingly the name comes from a Meredith Monk song which combines experiments of sound and music where genres become blurred and blended to create unique outcomes. We seek inspiration all around us and by the blending of ideas, known and unknown.
Lashings of Idaho 7 and Citra blend seamlessly, dancing together with notes of tropical stone fruit and dry pine on the tongue. A symphony of peach rings, sherbet and syrupy canned fruit smoothed over into a silky, pillowy body. A generous oat mash keeps the liquid hazy, thick and ever so juicy.

Pours murky orange gold with a thin white cap that quickly fades. Loads of ripe tropical fruit, mandarin, hint of lime, pine resin. Bitter finish that the fruit bursts through. Good solid IPA

Appearance is hazy orangey gold, with a small white head. Aroma is pineapple, orange, citrus fruit, grapefruit, mango hints, fresh hops. Taste is hops, grassy notes, hop bitterness, orange peel, pineapple, fruit salad.

Keg at the tap. Medium hazy orange. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has herbs and fruit with a vinous streak. Dank. Fetuiry. Tangy sorted fruit and citrus. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Hazed orange with a lasting off white head.
Nose is ripe tropical fruits, juicy citric flesh, pine resin, mandarin.
Taste comprises bitter tropicana, lime leaf, grass, melon, light herbal notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come danko hop bitterness.
Tidy job.
